Mitica Bionda is perfect to accompany first courses of all kinds, and ideal for meat-based second courses. Its characteristic taste also goes well with grilled and finger food, ranging from fried to wraps and burgers.

The Golden Pale Ale Style

La Mitica is broadly included in the Bitter Pale Ale group as well as in the Golden Pale Ale group. It is a rather complex set of beers, with many regional variations, ranging from very light to dark beers, and includes a wide range of bitterness values. Clearly, the majority of beers of English origin fall into this group, since the "official" classification is so broad that it practically does not eliminate anything ... In any case, according to the dictates of the BJCP (international classification body for beers ) the color ranges from light amber / coppery to straw / golden. The aromatic description must have this profile: notes of malt, light on the palate, which can tend to the flavor of biscuit or bread or (rarely) of caramel. The hints of hops turn to fruity or floral. Obviously, the bitterness is present and certainly superior to any sweet taste. The finish in the mouth must be quite dry. The alcoholic values are also quite "wide": it can range from 3.2 ° to 6.2 °, with an average of about 4.6 °.
The temperature in which they are best served ... depends on the mouth that drinks them!
