Our IPA is intense and very hoppy, on the palate it gives particular notes, with an intense aromatic finish but at the same time not covering, making it suitable for the consumption of many dishes. It is a beer designed starting from the American school but with ... something special! To best enjoy it, it should be drunk chilled, and we recommend drinking it in the Willibecher glass.
Alc. 6% - Ingredients: Water (Emilia-Romagna, Italy); Barley malt (99% Veneto, Italy; 1% Bavaria, Germany); Hops (various states, USA)

The bitter value is 51 IBU, which is a well-bitter beer just as expected from an IPA!
Mitica Azzurra should be eaten fresh (not frozen): the best is at a temperature around 5 ° C. To understand: the temperature of the bottle 4-5 minutes after taking it out of the fridge!
Mitica Azzurra is ideal with roasts, baked chicken, fried foods of all kinds, finger food, delicious sandwiches and pizza. You will find it incredible, but it is also excellent with fish!
The origin of the IPA is quite recent, in the brewing scene, because it sees their birth not before the 15th or 16th century. These beers were born to obviate a simple British need: how to send large quantities of beer to the Far East, especially in the very hot and humid India, without the consignments sent arriving corrupted or damaged? The solution was to exploit the antiseptic characteristics of both hops (a natural antibacterial) and alcohol, producing a beer that contained higher amounts of both. These beers were therefore strong both in taste and in alcoholic power, amber in color and characterized by a decidedly intense bitter taste. The IPAs quickly appealed to British personnel stationed in the colonies, but soon spread to their homeland as well. The global success, however, has come very recently, in the last twenty years, thanks to the rediscovery carried out by the many British and American craft breweries, which have transformed the IPA into a real fashion.
Alcoholic values start from 5 ° up to a maximum of 7.5 °, with an average value of 6 °.
The recommended serving temperature for PAHs is around 5-7 ° C.
The best way to drink it is in the 40 cl Willibecher glass, very cold if you want the thirst-quenching effect, nice fresh if you prefer to enjoy it at the top! Find the Willibecher set of 6 glasses in the online shop!
