Food pairings

For each season of the year Birra Mitica® provides advice on the food to be combined with its beers. These are suggestions, of course, but to try at least once to better enjoy the Mythics by trying original and easy-to-prepare dishes. The recommended recipes are accompanied by links to consult them directly, taken from the cooking sites we have analyzed for you. Enjoy!

Mitica Bionda [Blonde]

Pale Ales such as Bionda are perfect beers to be enjoyed alone but also together with tasty dishes: the bitter finish that distinguishes them is excellent for fatty meat-based dishes typical of Italian cuisine, or for spicy delicacies of the most diverse ethnic cuisines . So hit it off with thick burgers, roasts with potatoes, imperial fried fish, American salads or super-spicy Thai or Mexican finger food!

Mitica Bianca [White]

White beers particularly love seafood: fish is therefore ideal to eat while drinking the Mitica Bianca. But, from personal experience, Bianca is also perfect with meat, fried food and above all pizza!

Mitica Azzurra [Blue]

Like all IPAs, the Mitica Azzurra also goes well with any meat dish, from game to beef, from poultry to pork. Ideal foods that, accompanied by grilled or roasted vegetables, form a great combination of flavors with this beer. The possible preparations are literally endless: grilled cooking, grilled skewers, roasted meat, sautéed in a pan ... Obviously, less demanding dishes, such as finger food or sandwiches, should not be forgotten!
Finally, do not forget that the Azzurra is also used during cooking, instead of wines ...

Our Red Irish Ale is a structured, aromatic beer with very special aftertaste. For this reason its ideal combinations are dishes with an intense, strong taste, typical of the culinary traditions of the Po Valley. But the Mitica Rossa is also excellent after a meal, perfect with all types of desserts!
First course

Cappellacci with meat sauce ... what to add?! Not an easy and quick recipe, if you prepare them yourself, but the result always rewards the effort!

Meat

Grilled or pan-fried sausages are easy to prepare, and irresistible (even in their aroma!). Serve them with grilled potatoes and vegetables

Elegant but informal dish, to surprise guests both in presentation and taste!
